  • What if the item I purchased doesn’t match what I see online?
    At Ovalièy, each product is handcrafted, so there may be minor differences in thread color, fabric color, or texture. These variations are typically subtle and minimal, ensuring your item remains unique.
  • What if the item I want is out of stock?
    Since all our products are handmade, stock levels can fluctuate. You are welcome to pre-order. Once the product in stock, we will ship it right away.
  • How can I submit suggestions or feedback?
    We welcome your feedback! Please send your ideas or product suggestions to info@ovaliey.com.
  • How can I contact you with further questions?
    For any additional questions, please email us at info@ovaliey.com, whatsapp, or contact us on the chat bar.
  • Can i refund or exhange?
    We do not offer refund or exchange. Its applicable when the products is in damaged. Damaged products should be report to admin within 2 weeks of receiving the package. Then we can organise return or exchange, shipping is paid by buyers.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We aim to process and ship most orders within 3 business days. Delivery time varies based on the shipping method chosen. Please be aware that processing times may be longer during SALE periods.
  • What should I do when my order arrives?
    Inspect your order upon arrival. Report any damage or quality issues within two weeks of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damage reported after this period.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Ovalièy processes payments through shopee mainly. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Q-RIS, Shopee-pay or credit or debit cards.
